Handmade Jewellery
Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.

Orders
- Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
- Changes to Orders: Any changes to orders must be communicated to us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be received in full before shipping.

Shipping
- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- International Shipping: We ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and I highly recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Please email me at 257jewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date for me to provide the return address.

I kindly ask that you avoid ordering multiple items with the intention of returning one or more after viewing them in person, as each necklace is individually handmade.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on earrings. Additionally, personalised necklaces (including those with initials or birth months) are non-returnable, as each piece is hand-stamped and custom-made to your specifications.

If you have any questions regarding returns, please don’t hesitate to contact me!

Custom orders and sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
